Black seed oil (Nigella sativa) is known for its anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory properties. A study involving 33 participants found that applying a cream containing black seed oil twice daily for six months resulted in significant re-pigmentation.​​

​
  • Pure black seed oil

​

​Instruction

​

  1. Cleanse affected areas thoroughly.

  2. Apply a thin layer of black seed oil to depigmented patches.

  3. Massage gently until fully absorbed.

  4. Repeat twice daily, morning and evening.

​

Mix Ideas:​
​
  • With Honey: Combine equal parts black seed oil and honey. Apply for 20 minutes, then rinse

​

  • With Coconut Oil: Mix 1 part black seed oil with 2 parts coconut oil for deep hydration.

​

  • With Aloe Vera Gel: Blend 1 teaspoon black seed oil with 2 teaspoons aloe vera gel for soothing effects.

​

  • With Turmeric: Mix 1 teaspoon black seed oil with 1 teaspoon turmeric powder. Apply for 15 minutes, then rinse.

Tips:

​

  • Use organic, cold-pressed oil for maximum benefits. Perform a patch test before use.
